Wacky Cake

This is a simple chocolate, the fun part about it, there's no eggs!!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. cold water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt
  • Mix in to those dry ingredients vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla, and cold water.
  • Beat thoroughly
  • Add to 9 x 12 cake pan
  • Bake for 40 mins at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean
