Wacky Cake
This is a simple chocolate, the fun part about it, there’s no eggs!!
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. cold water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt
- Mix in to those dry ingredients vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla, and cold water.
- Beat thoroughly
- Add to 9 x 12 cake pan
- Bake for 40 mins at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean
