Lemon Bundt Cake

A delicious Lemon Bundt Cake that tastes delicious!

Servings 1 bundt cake --- the number of people this serves depends on how big your slices are

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix powder only
  • 1 small box Instant vanilla pudding mix or lemon (powder only)
  • ½ cut sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup oil
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 TBSP lemon zest more is OK!
  • 3 TBSP lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the above ingredients until mixed well. Spray Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
