Instructions
Marinate the Pork:
In a bowl, mix the honey mustard dressing, olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Place the pork tenderloin in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for more flavor).
Cook the Pork:
Oven Method:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Grill Method:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
Grill the pork for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches 145°F (63°C) inside.
Let it rest before slicing.
Serve:
Slice the pork and drizzle with extra honey mustard dressing if desired. Serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
