Stovetop Method (Quickest!)
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Reduce heat to medium-low, brush or spoon the honey mustard dressing over the chicken, and cover.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Oven Method (For hands-off cooking)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place chicken in a baking dish, brush with honey mustard dressing, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Broil for the last 2 minutes for a golden, slightly caramelized finish.
