- 3/4 Stick margarine
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Self rising flour
- 1 Quart Fresh or canned fruit
Melt margarine in 11x7 baking dish (you can use a 13x9... It will just be thinner bread).
Mix together sugar, milk, and flour. Add to margarine. (Do not stir)
Add fruit to center of batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min or until golden brown.
