Cool Broccoli Salad

Great summertime salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cup Raw broccoli chopped
  • 1 Med. red onion chopped
  • 1 Cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 8 Slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix together broccoli, bacon, onion, and cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise vinegar, and sugar. Mix well and add to the broccoli mixture. Chill.
