Combine the water, sugar, salt, and butter in a pan and bring it to a boil.
Once it boils, remove from the heat and mix in the flour immediately.
Once it has cooled, add the eggs and mix until the dough becomes smooth.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
In a piping bag, fit it with a star tip and spoon in the dough.
Once the oil is hot in a frying pan, pipe the dough into strips.
Fry for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
In a container, mix the sugar and cinnamon powder for the coating.
In another bowl, melt the chocolate for the coating.
After the churros are cooked, you can coat them by either rolling them in the cinnamon sugar mixture or dipping them in chocolate.
