Ingredients
  

  • 1 pickle slice sliced the long way (spear works too)
  • Monterrey jack shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Dry the pickle slice/spear
  • Place a handful of the cheese in a cold skillet and lay the dried pickle on top.
  • Heat on Medium heat until the cheese is nice and browned, then lift each side of the cheese to wrap the pickle.
  • Serve with Ranch or spicy mustard
