- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 8 oz Mascarpone room temperature
- 1½ cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- Pizzelle you can use any sort of cookie
- Strawberries you can use any fruit you would like
Beat ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese together in a bowl until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and mix into cheese mixture
Slowly add sugar to mixture and mix until sugar is completely incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips until well blended.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until chilled, about 10 minutes.
Serve with pizzelle and strawberries for dipping.
