In a bowl, beat the butter until smooth and creamy
Slowly add the sugar while beating the butter
After, add the egg, vanilla, and lemon juice into the bowl and mix it (not using the electric mixer)
Next, add the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, cornstarch, and milk powder into the bowl
Scoop out balls of cookie dough, place them on a baking sheet, and flatten the cookie dough balls. If you have cookie stamps, then use the cookie stamp to add designs to the cookies.
Bake them in 177C or 350F for 14 minutes or until golden
