Bourbon Sour

Fizzy whiskey sour made with bourbon and egg whites.

- 2oz bourbon
- 3/4oz lemon juice can be lime juice or mixture of both
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: Angostura Bitters
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, & egg white in cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds WITHOUT ice.
Add ice to shaker. Shake for at least another 30 seconds until chilled.
Pour slowly over one or two cubes of ice in short tumbler.
Add just a few drops of bitters over the foam
