Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies (almost muffin like)

No added sugar! No dairy, no gluten! Super easy! Their texture is more like banana bread or muffins, but sooo good!

Servings 10 -12 cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of peanut butter or your preferred nut butter
  • 1 large banana It calls for 1, but I like Banana flavor and so I used almost 2
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips - I used Lily's chocolate chips for no added sugar at all!
  • Optional - add 1 scoop protein powder of choice to get some extra protein preferably not flavored

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mash bananas in a bowl
  • Add Peanut butter (and protein powder if you want)
  • Stir really well - will be a sticky mixture
  • Add in chocolate chips (stir)
  • Make round balls and flatten some on the cookie pan
  • Bake for about 12-17 minutes (depends how thick your cookies are)
  • Enjoy!
