Avocado Egg Bagel

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bagel
  • 2 Eggs
  • Avocado Mash you can buy this in the store - or you can make it with an avocado and smash it : )
  • Siracha!

Instructions
 

  • Toast your bagels while you cook your eggs.
  • Cook eggs over medium low heat. Flip to ensure both sides are cooked and your yoke cooks some. If you like runny yoke, pull out of the pan earlier. If you like fully cooked, leave on longer.
  • Top your Bagels with Avocado Mash.
  • Add Egg on top of avocado mash.
  • Lastly add Siracha to your liking! and ENJOY!
