Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts
Stefani Baskin
I absolutely LOVE fried Brussel Sprouts but all that grease is definitely not good for me. I love this healthier option while still being able to enjoy one of my favorite sides!

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved*
- 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 small garlic cloves minced or pressed through a garlic press
- 4 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese**
- 1 tablespoon seasoned breadcrumbs I like 4C or use gluten-free crumbs
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt. Toss to evenly coat.
Add the sprouts to the air fryer basket and air fry 350F until golden brown and tender, about 14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crisp tender.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, black pepper and remaining ½ tablespoon oil and mix well.
Open the air fryer basket and evenly spread over the Brussels sprouts, then spritz with olive oil spray. Air fry 350F for 2 minutes until golden.
No Air Fryer, No Worries - Use your standard oven at 450F about 15 minutes then top with crumbs and bake 3 to 5 more minutes.
