Jalapeno Cornbread

Delicious, moist, spicy, cheesy cornbread!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk white cornmeal mix White Lily
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Cup Sour cream or buttermilk
  • 1/2 Can Cream corn
  • 1 Cup Grated cheese
  • 1 Or 2 chopped jalapenos
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Onion Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all together.
  • Pour into cast iron skillet.
  • Bake 20 or 25 min or until golden brown.
  • Alternatively, put in muffin tins.
