
Jalapeno Cornbread
Delicious, moist, spicy, cheesy cornbread!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk white cornmeal mix White Lily
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Sour cream or buttermilk
- 1/2 Can Cream corn
- 1 Cup Grated cheese
- 1 Or 2 chopped jalapenos
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Onion Chopped
Instructions
- Mix all together.
- Pour into cast iron skillet.
- Bake 20 or 25 min or until golden brown.
- Alternatively, put in muffin tins.
