
Chickle
A very tasty, quick snack! Keto friendly! If you like fried pickles, this is for you.
Ingredients
- 1 pickle slice sliced the long way (spear works too)
- Monterrey jack shredded cheese
Instructions
- Dry the pickle slice/spear
- Place a handful of the cheese in a cold skillet and lay the dried pickle on top.
- Heat on Medium heat until the cheese is nice and browned, then lift each side of the cheese to wrap the pickle.
- Serve with Ranch or spicy mustard
