
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies (almost muffin like)
No added sugar! No dairy, no gluten! Super easy! Their texture is more like banana bread or muffins, but sooo good!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut butter or your preferred nut butter
- 1 large banana It calls for 1, but I like Banana flavor and so I used almost 2
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips – I used Lily’s chocolate chips for no added sugar at all!
- Optional – add 1 scoop protein powder of choice to get some extra protein preferably not flavored
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mash bananas in a bowl
- Add Peanut butter (and protein powder if you want)
- Stir really well – will be a sticky mixture
- Add in chocolate chips (stir)
- Make round balls and flatten some on the cookie pan
- Bake for about 12-17 minutes (depends how thick your cookies are)
- Enjoy!
