Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz Mascarpone room temperature
  • cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • Pizzelle you can use any sort of cookie
  • Strawberries you can use any fruit you would like

Instructions
 

  • Beat ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese together in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix into cheese mixture
  • Slowly add sugar to mixture and mix until sugar is completely incorporated.
  • Fold in chocolate chips until well blended.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until chilled, about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with pizzelle and strawberries for dipping.
