
Easy Fruit Cobbler
Fast, easy, and delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- 3/4 Stick margarine
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Self rising flour
- 1 Quart Fresh or canned fruit
Instructions
- Melt margarine in 11×7 baking dish (you can use a 13×9… It will just be thinner bread).
- Mix together sugar, milk, and flour. Add to margarine. (Do not stir)
- Add fruit to center of batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min or until golden brown.
