
Bourbon Sour
Fizzy whiskey sour made with bourbon and egg whites.
Ingredients
- 2oz bourbon
- 3/4oz lemon juice can be lime juice or mixture of both
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, & egg white in cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds WITHOUT ice.
- Add ice to shaker. Shake for at least another 30 seconds until chilled.
- Pour slowly over one or two cubes of ice in short tumbler.
- Add just a few drops of bitters over the foam
