Overnight French Toast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Brioche bread
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla
TOPPING
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Grease 9×13 baking dish.
- Add torn or cut bread cubes.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Pour evenly over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle on top before baking.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
