Homemade Gummy Bears

This is a 4 ingredient Homemade Gummy Bear that won’t upset your stomach for eating to many! No Car Wax in these 🙂

Servings 1 , unless you want to share

Ingredients
  

  • 170-180 fresh fruit 1 cup blended
  • 2 envelops 14g gelatin
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey or agave

Instructions
 

  • Add fruit to blender and blend until smooth
  • Sprinkle Gelatin over lemon juice in a bowl, then stir well and let sit for 5 mins.
  • Add fruit puree & Honey to a small saucepan over low heat and Stir.
  • Heat the puree enough to melt the gelatin (120`F)** but don’t boil! (Boiling will break down the gelatin)
  • **If using Pineapple, heat to (176’F)
  • Now time to add the gelatin mixture to the fruit puree, and stir until it’s dissolved.
  • Spoon or Dropper in any silicone molds you would like.
  • Refrigerate for at least 90 min.
  • After Refrigeration, pop Gummies out of the mold and place on wire rack.
  • Let the Gummies sit out overnight, this step is what turns them more Gummy texture VS Jell-O texture. Both are good though. 🙂
