
Chocolate Brownies
Simple brownie recipe for baking. These are chocolate brownies, but you can personalize them by adding cashews, walnuts, or any other nuts you like.
Ingredients
- 170 g of chocolate
- 85 g of unsweetened chocolate
- ½ cup chocolate chips do not melt
- 1/3 cup cashews optional
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup white sugar or brown sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp powdered coffee
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, powdered coffee, vanilla, and sugar. Set aside the wet mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside the dry mixture.
- In a pan, melt the butter, chocolate, and unsweetened chocolate.
- Once the chocolate mixture cools down, add the wet and dry mixture.
- Mix half of the chocolate chips and cashews into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into baking pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked in a 170 C or 338 F oven. To check if the brownies are cooked, insert a toothpick into the center and if it comes out clean then the brownies are ready.
- After baking the brownies, let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy your brownies.
