
Chicken & Broccoli Bowl
I love to always have these items on hand for a quick, throw together, last minute meal! You could make all of this ahead, or you can use premade.
Ingredients
- Shredded Chicken as much as you want – Easiest on hand is to grab a rotisserie chicken and use it throughout the week — You could also use canned chicken, just rinse it well first.
- Roasted broccoli – or steamed cook ahead, or use a quick steam-able frozen broccoli pack!
- Half bag of 90 second Quinoa I like the brown rice and quinoa mix best
- Teriyaki or soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook Quinoa according to package.
- Cook Broccoli according to package.
- Pull off chicken and add all three together in a bowl!
- Add some sauce, you do not need much (and sometimes I add some ginger too)
