
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
A healthier twist on a timeless recipe!! Easily vegan/dairy free as well – but you’d never know it because they’re so tasty!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour can also use all-purpose
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk any kind
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 medium banana completely mashed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and put 6 paper liners into a muffin tin.
- Sift all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients into the same bowl and gently stir together until just combined.
- Gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon into the 6 lined muffin tin cups and bake 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 🙂
