Overnight French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf Brioche bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla

TOPPING

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9×13 baking dish.
  • Add torn or cut bread cubes.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Pour evenly over bread.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle on top before baking.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
