
Fresh Summer Pasta Salad
This is a great side dish for a summer BBQ or add some chicken (or protein of your choice) and it makes a fantastic meal.
Ingredients
- 2 OZ McCormick Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning
- 16 OZ of Rotini or pasta of your choice
- 1 Cup of Broccoli
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 1 Red Onion diced optional
- 8 oz Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Put sliced vegetables and pasta in a large bowl. Add dressing and seasoning; toss gently to coat. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours (better overnight). Mix before serving.
