Fresh Summer Pasta Salad

This is a great side dish for a summer BBQ or add some chicken (or protein of your choice) and it makes a fantastic meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 OZ McCormick Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning
  • 16 OZ of Rotini or pasta of your choice
  • 1 Cup of Broccoli
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 Red Onion diced optional
  • 8 oz Italian Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
  • Put sliced vegetables and pasta in a large bowl. Add dressing and seasoning; toss gently to coat. Cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (better overnight). Mix before serving.
