Through ADC Connects, we’re strengthening relationships and building a more connected ADC community, one meet-up at a time.

How It Works

ADC Connects gives every team member the opportunity to meet up in person when traveling or located near fellow colleagues. AccountingDepartment.com will cover the cost of employee-only meals as a way to encourage connection across our virtual community. Only employees are eligible for reimbursement, and any non-employee costs must be removed before submitting expenses. For groups of nearby team members who meet regularly, AccountingDepartment.com will reimburse one meet-up per group every six months. ADC Regional Communities

At AccountingDepartment.com, we’ve created regional Team Member Maps and dedicated Zoom Rooms to bring our virtual community closer together. These regions are based on location and shared connections, helping team members naturally connect with others in their area. Each region has its own Zoom Room designed to build relationships, spark conversation, and strengthen connections across ADC. While team members may be placed in a regional Zoom Room based on location, everyone is welcome to join any region at any time—connection has no boundaries.
