How It Works
Every ADC team member gets the opportunity to take paid time off to volunteer for causes close to their hearts. It’s simple:
- 4 hours of Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO) every 6 months
- Choose any non-profit organization that resonates with you
- Make a difference while representing ADC
