- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a 12″ x 17″ baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the potatoes with most of the oil and seasonings, stir to mix. Add the seasoned potatoes to the sheet pan and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, add green beans to the bowl and toss with remaining oil and seasonings. Once the 20 minutes for potatoes is complete, pull out stir potatoes, and spread sausage and veggies in a single layer right on top of the potatoes.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are brown and tender.
